Lose Yourself To Find Yourself.
To lose your life is to find it, to hold on is to lose it. We are all here on this earth to learn, to fail, to persevere and ultimately rise to the purpose we were made for, nothing more or less. But who defines what we’re made for except for the voice in your heart and God above to define your true gifts to present to the world? This is the battle that becomes the sensation of losing yourself in that we lose the identity the world tried to create for us and ultimately embracing the true form we were meant to embody, contrary to the patterns of this earth. It’s no secret that weird people make the money and find success, for the simple reason of finding the courage to embrace who they are in all the wisdom of failure and knowing what steps to take in the best form possible. At first we all start that journey looking like a fool while we struggle, the world will laugh and say “I told you so” as you keep falling like a child learning to walk, and yet we keep wiping our tears away and persevering to get back up and try again. Eventually, that child walks, and one day learns to run. I have personally felt the fear, the terror, the overwhelming sensation of teaching yourself to trust in your own intuition and ignoring the markers of what “reality” is telling you to accept. This world is a mirror of ourselves. If we are surrounded by people who want us to fail and we choose to let it hurt us, it is our own choice to let it be so, but it’s also our choice to ignore all of it as if it’s not even there and to chase the goals we set with such certainty as if they’ve already manifested.
We Deserve Happiness.
If I told you that you were going to be successful starting tomorrow if you just did this and that today, would you actually do it? You’d be surprised when I tell you that many would not. The reason is because of accepted reality. The life we have is the one we chose, for all the struggle, the heartache, the fear, even the triumph and successes, it’s all on us. In the same way, we can empower ourselves to learn a new paradigm of existence in one simple truth: We deserve to be happy. You deserve to be happy, to have success, to have fulfillment and satisfaction. You can do it. You can be more than you ever thought you could be. Such courage to claim thoughts like these can be terrifying, because all our lives we are taught to be “realistic” within the boundaries we were taught ever since school, to never go outside the lines and to cap your expectations. But the point of imagination is to dream so big that it would even scare you, and if you can see, it can be so. Without vision, all of mankind would perish, and our very economy and the status quo is driven by a select few who decided that vision. However, the world was made by people no smarter than you, and therefore you can change it if you claim the courage to stand firm even if the whole world would watch and laugh. We are the heroes of our own stories, and fear is what tells us to hide our capes and to put on disguises, because if they ever saw who we really were, how would they ever understand? But it’s that exact courage of being able to fly that gives permission for others to do the same.
Stand Firm & Persevere.
The world is full of people who never made the first step and have regretted it all their lives, so therefore the purpose of a hero is not to serve themselves, but because the world is looking for the permission of others doing the very same thing and not to be alone in this revolution. I’m not going to lie to you however, it hurts. The path less traveled is one full of loneliness and misunderstandings, embarrassment and betrayal, thus brings the passage of “losing your life to find it”. Even Jesus said that He did not come to unite us, but to bring a sword, for those who love their family more than their calling cannot follow. It’s because choosing the right thing is to wake up and consciously evaluate the world as it is, and desiring to change it. And for any man trained to be safe in such an established system, they will unconsciously fight to protect it and yet don’t even know what they’re fighting for, much less who they are. Therefore as they did to Jesus, they will hate those who speak the truth, for it threatens the kingdom they hide themselves in. A hero stands firm faithfully and patiently even in the face of such resistance, certain of the end goal and being courageous, proud, faithful, and even loving in the face of criticism and pain, because the vision they would hold is one of love not just for themselves, but the world to also have the ability to see possibility as you do.
Say Yes To Life.
Happiness is, frankly, a revolutionary idea. What if your dreams could come true? What if this life was a lie and we were never meant to be given permission to fly, we just do it? We are faithfully and wonderfully made, meant for the highest goals and most miraculous possibilities, and the only difference between adults and children is that adults lost the ability to dream big and were eventually convinced they could never do it. Winners say “yes”, losers say “no”. Yes to your dreams, yes to happiness, yes to achievement, yes to all the abundance of this earth, yes to a lasting legacy. Have courage and be of good faith, for to chase our dreams and achieve them would give others permission to do the same. Be a hero for all the world to see and do what’s right not just for them, but for yourself. Trust in our gifts and know that we are mighty in our own ways, unlike the world has ever before, and chase it with all the certainty as if it’s our birthright. And most of all, pray and let God do the rest, for surely destiny is guided by His hand. We can have happiness, it is simply found in your gift and what we all can achieve through utilizing it to the fullest. Believe, and you will achieve it. To lose yourself in the eyes of the world is to find courage within.
